SCA Packaging Holding B.V. ("the Company") acts as a intermediate holding and financing company for the Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA Group. AB SCA is the ultimate parent holding of the SCA Group, with operations in forest products, personal care, packaging and graphic paper in some 40 countries. The Company did not invest in new and existing group companies during the financial year.
