Universal Studios International B.V. distributes in certain international territories all feature length motion pictures, television films and series, short subjects, special programs (e.g. trailers) and other promotional materials, and other audio-visual works produced, supplied and /or distributed by Universal City Studios Productions LLLP and Universal City Studios LLLP through several agreements as amended and restated since the company's original Distribution Agreement dated May 6, 1970.
